The world is open again but safety remains our top priority, so please read our current safety processes with you and our wonderful team in mind. 

Along with current government guidelines, you are not required to wear a face covering however we are encouraging our guests and team to act how they feel safe so welcome everyone to go at their own pace and what is right for them.

We have our menus available as single use paper or digital via a QR code at your table. We request that you pay via contactless payment. 

We are taking bookings for up to 6 indoors via our website or we're taking bookings for larger groups and private events via our Reservations team so please email to book. 



How regularly are you cleaning surfaces? We have a dedicated COVID-19 cleaner who is regularly sanitising all surfaces and touch points. 

How are you ensuring staff are safe? We have allowed for a safe level of staffing to adhere to physical distancing with each member of our team overseeing a fixed section of the restaurant. Health checks are carried out on all our team members before they start every shift.

Do I need to book? If you’re popping in without a reservation, that’s fine! 

Can I sit outside or on a specific table? We are lucky to have outdoor areas where guests can dine in the open air with these available to book at some locations (see our outdoor dining guide here) however the heaters and cover are offered on a first come first served basis so we cannot guarantee, however if you speak to a member of the team when you arrive we’ll see what we can do.

Can I book a table just for drinks? We won’t be seating guests at our bar areas for the time being and we don't take bookings just for drinks, but you’re welcome to pop by to check if we have space for a few drinks.  

Are staff wearing face masks? As per Government Guidelines we are welcoming our guests and staff to go at their own pace and use face masks if it's what they feel comfortable with.

Why are you only accepting contactless payments? To help keep our team safe we’re limiting guest interactions through offering digital menus and asking that all guests pay via contactless payment.
